The Stingrays swimmers had the most fun at the Sectional Championships last weekend in Nashville, TN. The ending result being a 3rd place finish overall. The Boys were 5th & our ladies were the highest placed girls team from Georgia with a 2nd place team finish. All results were best ever places for our team. Employee Spotlight Callie Nettles, a life guard and swim instructor at the Central Aquatic Center and a senior at North Cobb High School, started swimming in the Cobb County Summer Swim League at the age of six for the Parkwood Commons swim club. She enjoyed the sport so much she began swimming year-round with the Tidal Wave two years later and currently swims with the Stingrays. Congratulations Stingrays on a Fantastic Age Group State Championships! 33 Stingrays traveled to Savannah this past wekend to compete and we were very successful!
