  • Mutual of Omaha Duel in the Pool – 5th edition

 

  • USA vs. Europe – Europe will include an All Star team from Europe with 18 countries represented.     

 

  • December 16-17, 2011 – half the meet on Friday night, the other half on Saturday afternoon.  Friday night from 7:00 – 9:00 p.m., Saturday from 2:00 – 4:30 p.m.

 

  • Georgia Tech Aquatic Center – site of 1996 Olympic Games.

 

  • Short-course meters (25m).

 

 

  • 22-men and 22-women selected for each side

 

  • Scoring will be:  individual races, 5-3-1, relays, 7-0

 

  • Fifteen events for each gender (13 individual and 2 relays)

 

  • Prize money:  $105,000 total.  $1,500 for the winner of each race; $15,000 for world records (divided equally among all world records).
